The Service provides users with tools to monitor and analyze the visibility of their brand(s) and competitor brand(s) within the responses generated by various third-party Large Language Models (LLMs). This includes submitting queries related to your brand, analyzing LLM responses for mentions and positioning, and viewing aggregated statistics.

You may need to register for an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Service Provision and Third-Party LLMs

The Service relies on sending queries to third-party LLM providers (such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, etc.) to generate responses for analysis. Your use of the Service constitutes your consent to us sending these queries, which may contain the brand names and keywords you provide, to these third-party providers.

We do not control the responses generated by third-party LLMs. The accuracy, relevance, and content of these responses are determined by the respective LLM providers. We are not responsible for the content generated by these third parties.

6. Data and Statistics

The Service analyzes LLM responses and generates statistics regarding brand visibility. While we strive for accuracy, these statistics are based on the data provided by third-party LLMs and our analysis algorithms, and should be considered estimates. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of the statistics provided.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding data provided by users or third-party LLMs), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AIBrandTracking and its licensors.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, or materials included therein. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We specifically disclaim any warranties related to the accuracy or reliability of data obtained from third-party LLMs.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AIBrandTracking, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party (including LLMs) on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
